RatingComments
5The Princess in the Pigpen was one of my favorite books growing up. It served as an excellent history lesson as well. Much of my frame of reference regarding Elizabethan England, comes from having read it. By the end of this tale, your kids will know that Liz II was bald and that leeches were commonly used medicinally.
This book is very educational and still a wonderfully entertaining story, you won't be disappointed.
