Reviews for Who Stole The Wizard of Oz
RatingComments
5I've always known Avi was a fabulous author. Who Stole the Wizard of Oz proved that to me once again. Becky, who is in 6th grade, is accused of stealing 5 rare books from the library. She claims she didn't do it and her twin brother, Toby, believes her. But how can they prove it? They think that if they can solve a certain kind of puzzle they might be able to catch the thief. You will enjoy this story with all of its suspense and creativity. Once you start reading this book, you can't stop. It's very cleverly written. Whenever Avi can he throws in puzzles for you to solve or for you to wonder about. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to read a fast moving, intriguing mystery. I think many young readers will enjoy this book for generations.
