Under the direction and guidance of the Production Manager, Seedlings’ Braille Production & Operations Assistant helps with the production and shipping of braille books as well as helps facilitate the day-to-day operations of the production department, including coordinating volunteers, answering phones, and providing occasional customer service to customers.
