Return Policy

Seedlings is a small nonprofit. If we have made an error, we will fix it right away, but it is difficult for us to bear the costs involved in other returns.

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return or exchange, you must contact Seedlings prior to shipping back your product.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges must be made with an item(s) of equal or lesser value. If you need to exchange any item, please contact us at [email protected] or (800) 777-8552.

Note: Seedlings will fill orders exactly as they are received. The purchaser is responsible for submitting correct orders, which includes any duplicated titles. Seedlings reserves the right to deny exchanges based on purchaser error.

Refunds

Because Seedlings is a small nonprofit, we are unable to offer refunds. If any item you ordered from Seedlings’ is defective or damaged, we can offer you an exchange for the same item or item(s) of equal or lesser value. If you would not like a replacement item, we can offer store credit to be used on a future order.

Shipping returns

To complete your return or exchange, you must contact Seedlings prior to shipping back your product.

To return your product, ship your product using Free Matter for the Blind via the United States Postal Service. Please ensure the item is protected with  For more information on Free Matter, see our FAQs page. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
