Description
The Boy in the Striped Pajamas tells the story of Bruno, a young German boy whose family moves to a new home near a concentration camp when his father becomes the commandant. From his bedroom window, Bruno befriends a Jewish boy, Shmuel, who is imprisoned on the other side of the fence. Their friendship blossoms despite the horrific circumstances, and their contrasting worlds collide when they explore the camp and ultimately face tragic consequences together.
